It's Halloween, so here are two new movie monkeys to mark the occasion- based on two of the biggest horror icons of the last 25 years- Freddie and Jason.

let the Games Begin!

I've been working once more on the new look, and the latest section to be replaced is the Games section. In doing so, I noticed it's quite a small selection, so it's really time for some new games, wouldn't you say?

The site info section has finally been updated. I'm planning on expanding the links page considerably though, let me know if there's a link you think I'm missing!

Shop updated

New merchandise has been added to the shop, including a t-shirt featuring the movie monkey wizard. Check it out! You can even buy something if you so feel inclined.

new nonsense

For anybody new to the site, I occasionally like to post the artwork I do for friends and family, and post them under stuff and nonsense. Sometimes they require some explanation to make sense of. Not today though. This looks like a simple picture of a duck... because that's all it is. Done for my lovely little niece's Christening, because, well, she likes ducks. No joke, no hidden meaning just a simple cute picture, that some of you might enjoy.

Ch-ch-changes

I have made some modifications to a couple of sections of the site as part of the steadily progressing redesign. The contact page and podcast page have been replaced with slightly shinier versions that fit in with the new look. I've made a major breakthrough in terms of making the redesign, which means it shouldn't be held up much longer. I'll fill you in as it progresses.

So, thanks to an email I got yesterday, I discovered that Monkey Pirate Zombie TV (our podcast) is listed on the directory site podcast.com, so is now available from 4 different places (podbean.com, itunes and directly from the site, and now podcast.com). You can see it here. The thing is, I never added it to the site, so it would appear that some fantastically kind soul did it for me. I'd love to be able to thank them personally, so if you did it, and you're reading it now, please email me right away! It's great to know that there's someone out there helping the site out! You guys rock!

The Launching of the Movie Monkeys is all part of a master plan to take over the world.... (well, actually "earn enough money to support myself" doesn't quite have the same ring to it, even if it's true) by putting out designs people might like to buy on a t-shirt or other goods, and that might appeal to the general populace. So I am working on a new look shop. You can see how it's going here. It looks very plain at the moment but watch this space... well that space.
