It seems that everyone and their dog's brother has a blog, myspace page or livejournal these days. And it's a good thing too, otherwise how would we know what vampirechick#79 has on her ipod or what emo4eva had for dinner today? My day would certainly not be complete without knowing that, and neither, I suspect would yours.

From this oh-so-satirical statement you may have gathered that the MPZ blog will not be a diary-type affair detailing every single tiny detail of my everyday life. Frankly I'm not sure you could handle the excitement. What it will be is a vehicle for my observations, rants and ponderings, plus ramblings on movies, TV, games and the internet. Frankly what is the point in having a website with a growing following if you can't force your opinion on others now and again? There's a comment facility for you to tell me when I'm wrong. Lastly this will also be the place where you can get a peek at the inside of the working of the site- you'll get to hear about projects I'm working on in advance and all that jazz. (I'm not actually working on and jazz projects, I should probably point out). Come back soon for my first post proper!
